Warranty Conditions

 

At Doogo NL, the invoice for the order is also the product's warranty certificate. If the customer wants to make a claim under the warranty, Doogo NL always asks for a copy of the invoice. The customer receives the invoice when purchasing the product.

 

In case of complaints, damage or defects, the customer must first contact Doogo NL.

 

Doogo NL offers a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects on all products. The invoice is the guarantee certificate and the invoice date is the starting date of the guarantee period. It concerns a carry-in guarantee and that means that Doogo NL asks the customer to return the defective product in the original packaging to Doogo NL. The product will be repaired by Doogo NL or by an external repairer. The warranty does not apply to parts that are subject to wear and tear, such as tires, bearings and brake pads. The customer is not entitled to a warranty if one of the following provisions is established:

 

Damage caused by your own actions (for example: water damage, fall damage, pressure damage, impact damage and damage after stunting).

Damage caused by improper use of the product.

We have tried to open or repair the product ourselves.

Parts changed or added which were not included from delivery.

Damage caused by insufficient maintenance.

Items that have not been purchased on the Doogo NL website.

Defects

 

Despite the fact that Doogo NL and our suppliers handle all products with care, a product can still be damaged or defective. If the packaging is damaged on the outside (due to transport), it is very important to report this to the carrier upon receipt (or to refuse the package). For all complaints regarding damage, defects, delays in delivery, please contact Doogo NL as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to support@doogo.nl. Add photos in case of defects or damage.
